When you build courage, you start to improve your personal life. Building courage will help you take risks to a brighter future that you ordinarily would not take. When you build courage, you put fear behind you. courage is the process of admitting that you have fears, yet you are willing to find a way to defeat those fears and not allow these fears to take control of you. It is ok to experience your fears at appropriate times. For instance, if a bus is heading in your path, swerving you have a right to fear. There is nothing wrong with healthy fear. The problem is you have to put healthy fear in its place and unhealthy fear out of your life. Once you build courage, you will learn to self-direct you in life. You will learn to accept punishment and rewards gracefully. Different governments, officials, environmental agencies exhort us to conserve the energy we use in order to save the environment and sustain our continued existence on the planet. On a personal level I think that we also need to know how to conserve, focus and maximise our own personal supply of energy. We unconsciously dissipate and waste our energy on people, situations, thoughts, attitudes and events which do not serve us well. This leaves less space and energy for creating and attracting the kind of abundance that we want in our lives. Interestingly enough I've also found that as I conserve, focus and thereby maximise my energy, I tend to use less energy on craving and acquiring "stuff", but more energy focusing on what is truly important to me, thereby helping the environment. So here are 5 Ways to Maximise Your Personal Energy Supply. 1. Release Resistance Releasing resistance will affect a profound change in your level of energy and how you view the worl...

We’ve all experienced moments in our life when we hear ourselves say “YES” to a job, person or situation we know deep in our heart isn’t right for us. And still we do it. As soon as “yes” leaves our lips somewhere in us we hear a voice that screams “NO! Don’t do it!” but somehow another part of us kicks in and our mind overrules the wisdom of our body and we find ourselves on a path we never intended. Sometimes these wrong turns can be detrimental to our wellbeing. They cause stress and put us in danger of losing ourselves indefinitely. Other times we immediately realize our “yes” has led to an “o-oh” and we decide right then and there to go back to the beginning and start again. Either way, when you find yourself in a sticky situation, only you have the power to declare you took a wrong turn and only you can decide when it’s time to get back on track. These tips may help. Be honest with yourself. Admit, as quickly as possible, you made a choice that led you down the wrong path. ...

When you feel strongly about something with no logical basis for that feeling, it is called intuition. Intuition comes in three ways - clairvoyance or "the third eye", sensing clearly and feeling through listening. Clairvoyance is when your mind goes outside of what it can see. This is when you recognize what is happening somewhere other than where you are. Sensing clearly is basically what we refer to as "hunch" or "gut feel." These are the times when you are besieged with a feeling that you can't explain and all you can say is "I just know." This is the most commonly experienced type. On the other hand, feeling through listening or clairaudience is being able to "listen" between the lines. Intuition also happens at times when a certain sound, whatever it is - be it a car's honk or a bird's twitting - ushers in an intense feeling. This is not to be confused with auditory hallucinations, or hearing voices tellin...

1. Listen to and follow their intuition. They know how intuitions and insights come to them and are tuned-in internally to make wise decisions. 2. Are aware of who they are--- strengths, weaknesses, personality, values, etc. They know that the most important (and interesting) thing to know about is "self." 3. Reflect on and learn from past experiences, finding out what works and what doesn't, and then adjusts their course of action as needed. They think about things before jumping in, and also take the time after-the-fact to actively reflect to fully understand what happened or didn't happen. 4. Can easily entertain innovative ideas, thoughts, and ways of doing things. They long for progressive and forward thinking information, concepts, and people. They often come up with new and radical ideas on a regular basis. 5. Are open to different perspectives and see possibilities where most people don't. They are comfortable with paradoxes and can relate to ...
