1:wake up early . when you wake up say with a loud voice hello everybody
2:pray: prayer is a human need it cuts the person with this world and link it to his creator so all stress burst out.thank Allah for every thing he has given to you.it can be your parents,house,warm and soft bed,water.
3:thank full to people:.when we establish a habit of thanking others for their help it develops a positive impact on us we feel happy. when we are thank full
4:help your mother with breakfast at kitchen if you are helpful to others you will feel great.and you will loose your attention on stress thoughts.
5:while eating only think how much tasty the next bite will be. do not let negative thoughts to come into your mind.also remind your self  that there are peoples in this world who are suffering from hungriness,but they have nothing to eat.they are thirsty but have no water to drink when you think of those people you will feel good about your self that how good are you living.you have everything to eat.warm cloths to wear
6:pay attention: to your job.what ever you do.you have a complete focus on it .do not feel sick of it but feel great of it.try to increase your interest in your work by reminding yourself you can impress your boos with your good work and he can increase your bonus and incentives
7:volunteer:.if you can bring smile to some sad face would not you feel great about it..you can bring happiness to the world.so help others in your office,at walk,on road.were ever you find some one in trouble try to help.that person he will be very much thankful to you.
8 think positive::the most important thing is always try to think positive.you cannot stop negative thoughts to come your mind.but you can try to block them more you try to block negative and change them into positive.the less they will interfere you.try to pick positive even from negative.and you can only make it through constant practice
